Franchise Xfactors not updating

The final round of ability updates came out a few weeks ago and I have the latest roster update but in franchise mode, the xfactors default to the previous update still. Normally franchise is a day or two late to get the new xfactors, but its been weeks now. I've deleted old roster saves and loaded the latest but it keeps happening.
