How can I add some funds to an other owner in a connected franchise ?

Pretty sure the ability to do this is only available in Offline Franchise mode. If that's what you have, then go over to the "Options" Selection, scroll down to "User Teams", and you'll be able to click X or A depending on your console controller on that specific user team to use the Actions option to scroll down and "Add $5M to Funds".
