Since the update this week, my human opponent and I have not been able to connect for our franchise game. We have tried no less than 45 times over the last three days, with both of us uninstalling and reinstalling the game at least once. Does anybody know how to fix this?
Same here. The issue was resolved yesterday but today it is back. It seems to be related game sharing.
I also game share and have not been able to play any games since the update.
I’m not sure if it’s related, but on the main menu, it asks if I’m enjoying the trial version? I never downloaded the trial version but system share the series x version with the college football bundle. That’s a lot of money for this game to be so buggy.
it’s also utterly ridiculous your process to reach anyone for help with these matters. I’ve been a LONG time supporter of this product even when the product was phoned in, I put in tons of hours on this game. It has been more than frustrating dealing with this issue considering I run a league and play in multiple others. I’d appreciate this issue being resolved quickly. Thank you!
Me and my buddy are having this issue and haven’t been able to play for the last four days.
I update the college game that came with the bundle then reset my Xbox and it started working again.
