I deleted those files and reinstalled the game as you suggested and still got the desync when calling a play from the "Split WR Backfield" formation.
Will there be a fix?

Community ManagerUncle_Terminat0r I will ask on this one specifically. Honestly I couldn't say if or when it will be fixed as we don't know the root cause of the issue without it being looked into.
I'll start by not using "Split WR Backfield". This could be a starting point when looking for the cause of the glitch.
