HEAD 2 HEAD RANKED PLAY

I am currently doing placement matches in ranked play and the second game I played I won 54-0 and the whole match didn’t count towards placement. Game was not recorded and I still have 4 games left to play. Why? It is acting as if it never happened. It is so disrespectful of madden and EA to have this bug in the game and not credit me for that game and hurt my rank.
