HELP. Franchise mode, Spike glitch??

Someone please help its literally making the game unplayable.

Every play if I don't stop the clock it automatically hurrys me into a spike, only way out of it is to take a timeout.

Not pressing anything atall and it does it every single play, I'm on PC on the EA app.
