They updated franchise mode with a patch last Friday. Happened to me as well. I'm getting so sick of this, I'm surprised people aren't protesting in the streets by now with this broken piece of crap.

We all need to get together and stop buying their product every year. They don't care if you wanna stand outside their HQ all day. But they will care if you hit their wallets.
