The team is working on improving the Team Builder. In the meantime, take a look at this thread for some suggestions regarding this error. Thanks!

I don't have 32 teams. I have created 6. I have been able to download 5 of those. Every time I go to the team builder website(yes ive tried all the trouble shooting techniques others have posted about) I get ERROR 400 when I click the CREATE button.
I still can't download 1 of the teams I have been able to create because of the "try again later " error in the download center.
I have deleted ALL other users created teams.
This has been an issue for MANY since launch.
