How many people can participate in franchise mode?

I have 3 sons and myself, that would like to do a franchise mode together where all 4 of us draft a team. Do I need to pay EA individually to set this up on PlayStation 5 for Madden 25, or can I just...

So each player will need PS Plus or Xbox Live first, next you should be able to do the following:

Once they get to the menu for their Franchise (after picking your team)Tab over to Options
Visit User Teams
Add a New Character (this should allow you to choose another team)

It won't be one of those easy things to do. It may be a bit of a pain, honestly, with that many players, but it should be doable for sure.
