I can't upload my team in team builder using the existing logos in the site

I keep trying to submit my team but I get an error code and that I need to check the helmet. It violates the policy. I am using the pre loaded logo from EA. This doesn't make any sense. What is the fix?

i have the same issue. any idea how to fix it yet?

Same. There were some workarounds for CFB 25, but those didn't work and I can't upload any images currently either.

@sadjs87 Having same problems and EA won't let me report the issue. Every time I try, I get an error message and/or redirected. I doubt they care. Considering we are on Day 2 of this and have heard nothing, it'll probably be the Madden 23 name issue all over again
