@EA_Kent Every single Madden 25 and CFB Player on Earth is experiencing the same exact issue of Image Validation Issues and Error 112. It’s not a browser problem.
Can you PLEASE give us an update with any minuscule amount of substance? Like “We’re still working on it and hope to have it fixed soon” would at least give us some sort of confirmation that someone on your end is working on this. Because it’s been 5 days now and it seems like all anyone at EA is doing is giving generic IT “have you turned it off and on again” type answers that aren’t even in the right ballpark.
Please just give us SOMETHING. ANYTHING. PLEASE.
I don't know if this will help or not, but I was just able to submit a team with custom images
