Also why can't we customize socks.  I've read that you have to go into each individual player to edit socks.  That doesn't work.  In team builder I chose white socks with black.  But it will only show white only, and I cannot make the socks mid length.  Again EA why are you half as*in these features.  I want to be able to customize my entire uniform, not just from head to just above the knee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At today tembuilder site pratically is off ...nothing works and ea seems indifferent

Opened a case and chatted with a technician. They are aware of the issue and working to resolve for both Madden and College Football Teambuilder sites. It's happening worldwide. They could not provide me with an ETA just yet on the fix. Hope this provides some relief

You have to select one of the monetary options. "I didn't get my product" / "request a refund". If its not monetary, there's no way to get a hold of anyone. In fact, I'm reasonably certain that this forum exists only as a check-box action so that EA can claim they have a robust support feature... except its no one's job to check, so they don't.

I have issue accessing from a personal computer ,Windows pc , using chrome or internet browser and the results are the same always image error

• Are you accessing the Team Builder from a mobile device, or are you using a computer? Computer laptop and desktop have been a problem for me
• If you're using a computer, is it a Windows PC or a Mac? Windows PC and Mac have had this issue
• Which web browser are you using? Edge, Safari, and Chrome browsers. Team builder doesn't work on any.
