In superstar the league, it won’t let me change my difficulty because it says my

im sorry i cant help but i wanted to put im dealing with this problem and youre the first other person to have this problem, ive restarted my xbox and deleted and re downloaded the game but nothing works, EA support was no help either, when i asked they said they dont know how to help because theyve never seen this problem before. But i think the only solution to this problem would be to delete your superstar save and restart.
