League password

Hello, I started playing Madden a couple weeks ago. Got it all loaded and started playing superstar. I had it set to arcade starting out. Wanted to get used to playing it. I went to change the game style in league settings but every time I try to change it says "league password contains profanity". I contacted EA and they had me rest my password. That didn't help, I get the same result. They sent my here to see if anyone could help. Does anyone have a fix for this?
