Madden 25 cannot import player "Player name flagged as inappropriate"

My persons name was inappropriate so I changed it in cfb but it still won't let me use my character in Madden 25

    Hi everyone, 

    Thank you for all the details you've shared with us about this. After today's maintenance this should be better.

    If you see this error when you're importing your player to Madden NFL 25, try renaming the player in College Football 25 and waiting at least 5 minutes for the servers to catch the name change. 

    Once you import the player to Madden it should go through after that.

    I have this issue with Madden 26. 

    I used my real name for my qb in college football 26, then the superstar mode does not let me progress. I get the same error screen saying I will be able to change my name, but I am unable to since the pop up does not stop popping up. 

    Then I tried renaming my player, re-exporting, and attempting to overwrite the existing export, but that did not work. 

    EA should probably also realize that not everybody's last name is cookie cutter and fits whatever their profanity check is.
