Madden 25 CFM: League Members - Bucs Team is unselectable & Grey

i am the commissioner and creator of the league, but im unable to add, remove or make any edits to the team. 
The previous user supposedly updated their EA name, then once they updated he was grayed out from all his leagues and unable to leave. He stated the leagues also were removed from his saved cloud.
Not only is he unable to leave, but we as the commissoners of the franchise are unable to edit the team in league members.
