Madden 25 doesn’t load face of franchise

I finished a season and I was a free agent. When choosing a team, as I was in free agency, I could not see the Roster of each team. My choice has been to close the application and reopen it loading the game. The screen stays black and does not load anything. This is on PlayStation 4. Is there any way to load an older version of the game?
