Madden 25 PC Freezes after picking a play in franchise

Summarize your bug For the first couple of days that I bought madden 25 on steam it ran perfectly fine. But every since yesterday whenever I play franchise and I pick a play everyone lines up on the line the immediately after the game just freezes. the crowd goes silent and you cant move or do anything at all.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play franchise
What happens when the bug occurs? the screen completely freezes
What do you expect to see? nothing the screen freezes

I sent my dxdiag below, but nothing works, everything freezes.

    I hope you literally know whoever ea bot is gunna just come in here and put the same pasted text giving you 4 different things to try. Uninstall/reinstsll. 
    repair or verify the game 

    clear cache. 
    update driver. 

    then the other human bits will come saying I don’t even have a problem. Sorry bro. Or say something you’re doing is wrong or your hardware is wrong. 

    don’t listen to them. Ea just sucks, and can’t optimize a game correctly because they have to push them out to fast every single year. 

    Madden 24 didn’t do this to me so I’m hoping they find a fix soon cause it’s absurd I payed for the premium and barely got to do anything so far. I play Elden ring on high quality and not a single stutter, lag, freeze, crash whatever you want to add on. Hope you find a fix before me
