Madden 25 Superstar Combine Bug

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Superstar
Summarize your bug While attempting to start my Superstar my game freezes up after doing the final workout in the scouting combine. I have tried this multiple times. I even deleted the aCatar and it has froze in the same place everytime. I am using my player from College Football 25 and playing as a QB
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do the combine on PlayStation 5 with an imported QB from College Football 25.
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen just stays looking at a football on the field.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see it continue with my progress so I can move forward

Camera stays on football on the field. Cannot push any buttons to do anything.

    Superstar mode combine freezing. Y’all need to reimburse the people who bought this game early. Can’t even finish the combine without this * freezing over and over again. I want my money back

    My game is also doing the same thing like when I’m done with the combine it freezes

    @BrenellT Same thing is happening to me on Xbox with an imported QB. Worked for my friend's imported running back though so it looks like it’s specific to the position. Spent a bunch of money on the bundle just to play early for this garbage. I want my money back.

    I've completed the combine 4 times with my NCAA 25 college player that I've imported and every time I complete the combine it just shows a picture of a football on the field. Music from the game is playing in the background but the game does not move forward. I don't know what else to do. The game is just stuck there.

    In madden 25 superstar mode at the end of the combine after I finish my last on field drill instead of showing me the list of combine stats zoom in on the ball that was last thrown and it freezes and it won’t allow me to move or do anything I’ve tried this for the last five hours deleted the game reset my console And cleared my Mac address. Nothing will work. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Seriously, I bought this glorified roster update...er, i mean, "brand new NFL game", just to be able to do the college to pro superstar mode career. Fix it or give us our money back for paying early access for an incomplete product, @EA.
