When you have a moment can we try the following steps;
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
- Turn it back on after one minute.
- Launch your game.
- Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
It's not the console or database, it's your game that you released broken.
