Thanks for sharing information and letting us know what you're running into with Superstar.
I wanted to confirm with anyone in the thread, can everyone still hit the PSN button to go to the console home screen and then re-enter Madden 25 to get around the freeze?
Also to check does this only happen in Superstar?
It does the same thing even when you close the game, power off the system, and and then try again.
Yes I can hit the PSN button to quit the game, but the combine results aren't saved, so I have to go through it again just to experience the same exact issue. Never ending cycle.
i haven't tried any other modes because I preordered the bundle specifically to import my college player to play Superstar mode on Madden. This is crazy that this super noticeable and easy to recreate bug went overlooked.

Same issue from Xbox Series S
For Xbox all you have to do is delete your player then import you player again and it should work
Yes I have tried everything. Even reinstalled. Nothing works. So glad I paid extra for early access and still can’t play the game l.
Imported superstar freezes after finishing combine and gets stuck staring at football laying on field. I can press PS button but going back in doesn't do anything. I've tried all resets (closing game and opening again, restarting ps5). Hope this info helped at all.
Issue is going on PC as well. Happens while playing season game in Superstar. Repairing the game fixes the issue for a short period. But ongoing issue.

Same issue here I can go back to the Home Screen and reload the game and no matter what I get stuck looking at a football on the field after the combine. All other game modes work just can’t play with an imported superstar from CFB 25.. pretty pathetic. EA needs to lose the license to the nfl simulation game and let someone else give it a shot this game seems like there’s something ridiculous broken every year and it never changes. Can’t believe they tricked me into wasting my money yet again
