Madden 25 Superstar freezeing

Having the same issue. 

Game gets stuck on the blurred crowd and you can hear the crowd but you aren't able to go to the menu or quit game.

The issue usually happens when I "Hold to Skip". I would say that it happens about 5/6 out of 10.
