Any update on this? Have played the same game at least 6 times and it just keeps crashing every time before I can finish the game. Looks like at this point I can’t progress anymore in my career.

We are currently investigating the crashes that have been happening in Superstar since the recent title update. At the moment I'm afraid we don't have a time frame for a fix, but as soon as we have some news we will let you know.

I was hoping today’s update would fix superstar. But nope! Was in the 3rd quarter, and game crashes. Maybe 7th time is a charm?
It happens to me in the 3rd, 4th and 2nd quarters for some reason it's random, and it seems the AI just learns from you then decides nah, you too good, get out and crash.
- @EA_Kent Yeah you have to scrap your player and restart. Absolutely ridiculous. Bad look on you guys. Reiterates you only care about money and not the people paying for your games.
Are you kidding me? If you have to scrap your player for the game not to crash, I want my money back. I put HOURS into my progress when I am not working or busy with my own life outside of gaming. I dont wanna * start over.

That’s damn ridiculous. I absolutely will not be scrapping my player. Unless of course you account for all of the hours I have put into the game to get to a 93 overall. So I can start that. Unbelievable. Same sh** different day
Having the same issue as everyone else. Thought the new update released today 9/10/2024, would fix the problem but alas no luck. That update on 9/3 basically bricked an entire game mode. Awesome job😑
Sooo frustrating! The game is literally unplayable. How can you not have in game auto saves so you can pick up where you left off. Madden 23 you could.
madden had an whole entirely different glitch that year in itself
9/19 and I've already crashed twice this morning... still no word from EA. This * is mad annoying, in year 4 with my WR and can't even get through week one
How did you guys brick an entire game mode? I'm having a blast with this and so are many others. Thought the title update today would fix the issue but nothing. Please fix this as soon as possible!
It's an easy fix. It's the EA server causing the problems, losing connection kicks you off the game. Either give us the option to not play connected to the server or as in last year's madden allow us to resume superstar mid game.
Making it to where we have to be online, connected on the server is just dumb. I'm not playing online, I don't need online features. Not to mention the server clearly can't handle it.

- @SportzGG Doesn’t seem that way. They’re more focused on giving people packs and fixing silly stuff. As opposed to fixing the completely broken game mode people like playing the most
- @BRONESFBGG but let there be any type of MUT glitch and they fix it within an hour
@EA_Kent whats going to be the make right for this cause 70 dollars for the game alone when others spent 100+ for both EA games is absolutely outlandish if in one game only one game mode works properly and its the pay to win game mode cause you guys make challenges in ultimate team bugged to all hell this is the worst madden experience i have ever had and ive been playing the game since madden 10
