@MrHWY626 Hi all unfortunately I think the fix is scrapping your player and starting over. This is what I did and I haven’t had any crashes. At the same time I’ve hardly played it because I’m just entirely disengaged now. @EA_Kent just know this is a terrible excuse for a fix and customer service. People spend extra money on boosts and they are going to lose that now. It just reiterates that EA does not care about their players at all. We paid $70 + for a game that the only way to play is deleting all progress and restarting.
@MrHWY626 nah.. I don't think deleting and making a new build will fix this problem long term. I think it has something to do with year 2 or year 3.
Mine started year 3, I got past the preseasons just fine but then week 1, kept crashing repeatedly, I factory reset my xbox it allowed me to play the game then the same crash week 2 and it seems when the game crashes the AI hust learns from you which is crap.
