We are currently investigating the crashes that have been happening in Superstar since the recent title update. At the moment I'm afraid we don't have a time frame for a fix, but as soon as we have some news we will let you know.

@EA_Kent So it’s been almost a few weeks and we can’t play. Guess I’ll quit buying and stick to nba 2k. I don’t think EA understands this frustration that are physically disabled. 2k hopefully gets allowed again. This is the worst issue in EA history I’ve ever seen and I’ve kept my mouth shut for so long. First time I’ve done this. With a complaint. Unreal
