@guate504 there Is no update, and I wouldn’t expect one for another 2 weeks from @EA_Kent because I don’t think a single real human being works for this abhorrent organization they call “Electronic Arts”. They don’t give a * if you can play or not, they got our money and now they can wait to fix it until December and we get nothing. No transparency, no compensation, just EA being able to probe us for monetary value. @EA_Kent F### you and everyone you work with/for.
I even look on you tube to try to resolve it nothing works and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone also
