I applied for a refund through Microsoft but since i pre-ordered the deluxe package with NCAA & MADDEN... I'm outside the 14-day refund period since madden dropped a month later, they've run a scam on us man.. and the only playable game mode that hasn't had an issue is Ultimate Team... I guess they want us to drop money and time into that before they fix the actual game... absolute bs.. Madden has lost my respect.. been a regular user since 04 where you could import ncaa into franchise still cant do that because madden is purely lazy... they will drop that next year as a ploy to buy the game lol EA i want a refund because i will never play your dog Sh*T game again

@EA_Kenti know its not easy to code a game and fix things but it's been 3 weeks and im pretty sure we've figured how the crashing happens already

- @BRONESFBGG do you have it through game pass? if so try launching to through xbox specifically and not ea or your desktop icon. it works for me
With all the money I have spent on a game I got to play for a week that I won’t touch again come Friday when NHL comes out which I also spent over 100 dollars for that goes to your company I would assume you would want to try and do anything at all to make up for it. This may be the last year I buy any of your products and that’s coming from someone who literally buys ever NHL every year even though those haven’t even really been updated or changed in years lately.
I guess you and youur team aren't capable of honesty. What a waste of money.
