Madden 25 superstar keeps crashing.

We are currently investigating the crashes that have been happening in Superstar since the recent title update. At the moment I'm afraid we don't have a time frame for a fix, but as soon as we have some news we will let you know.

I would like a refund for madden25. I can't play it, you increased the cost of it and it doesn't work. The issue has been going on for 3 weeks from what I have seen and the only response is we don't have a timetable. The glitch/bug/issue is in franchise and superstar, so the game is 100% unplayable. Being there is no fix in site I would appreciate someone actually reaching out and addressing the issue and refunding the hard earned income I put into 2 copies, xbox and ps5 on a broken game.

I’ve been able to play 2 games as of now… before I could even complete one game. Going into my 3rd in a couple of minutes. Let’s see.
It actually helped me. I've played 2 full games so far today without any crashing. There was the update but I think the servers were reset or reconfigured too because at first, after the update, I couldn't even go into Superstar mode. Now I'm all good. Anyone else?
I was able to play 3 straight gsmes without crashing. FINALLY!!!!!
- @Alittle2twisted I don't want to speak ahead of time but I was able to play 3 full games normally
The bug seemed to come from Throwing or making touchdowns to players not on your roster from the previous season. I don't think they did the TD animations correctly for new players in the team.
But I was able to make TDs with people who were new to the roster so safe to say...so far ...it's not crashing.
