Madden 25 unplayable lag fps delay everything on PC

Why is that on PC madden 25 and 24 are the most unplayable games i've ever played. I spend most of my time clearing the cache and repairing the game files and adjusting graphic settings to just be able to play an online game without delay/lag/ and severe fps drops. Why is it only like this on PC and not console. I want a fix to this please EA its starting to get frustrating
