Madden Team Builder does not work

Yeah, I think we're screwed here. I've attempted to navigate through the links on this (and other) sites looking for some way to report a bug to EA. I was able to get a hold of what seemed to be an outsourced tier 1 help desk person using the "I didn't get my product" option (probably not AI, because the English wasn't the best) - and they confirmed that this looks like a bug and that it should be reported here. But, I don't think EA looks here. This seems to be a place designed to "check the box" so that EA can claim to have a ticketing system, but in reality, its no one's job to ever check here, so they don't. I'd love to be wrong about this - but in browsing other topics, I haven't seen a single formal response whatsoever.
