The heads and these stadium templates have been the same for like 10 years now. In the very least they could have just imported the same heads from CFB and ported the superstar face editor into franchise mode.
As far as stadiums go I'd like to see a lot more. Custom ads, different atmosphere, and a modular stadium editor/builder would be awesome. As a first step I'd settle for more generic template options, the ability to use the visuals of a real NFL stadium just with rebranded logos, and the ability to input a custom stadium capacity.
I 100% agree on the stadium thing. I can't believe the team builder has the same 5 generic stadiums we've had for a decade and the devs don't see a problem with that.
