Matches counting as a loss

i was on a winning streak during your showtime showdown and your trash game disconnects me for no reason, mind you my connection is completely fine and in the middle of a play it say something like “disconnected blah blah stats will not be recorded and wont count as a loss” on my momma bro it still counted as a loss, and this happenes during ranked games too and i lose my rp fix your game ea its not my connection
