Missing Flawless Win Pack Superbowl Run (4th Win)

I have just won the superbowl run gamemode for the 4th time, and completed my final win only to not receieve my 4th flawless win pack. I know there is a current issue with the h2h servers affecting other players on madden 25 right now globally, so that definitely is probably what caused it... but I was wondering if anyone else was impacted in the same way? causing them to not get their final win pack. It is a bummer because I think the 4th time flawless win pack is a 95 overall player. anyways hope to get this resolved
