Missing purchased skill points

Hi everyone, I purchased level 60 path on Madden 25 and tried to import from CFB 25. I was able to receive the cred points but not the SP. I’ve tried EA support and everything under the sun and nothing has worked. I’ve deleted and re-installed the game, erased my console, check for updates, deleted my avatar, created a new. Nothing works. 

please help. This is money I have spent and unfortunately can’t get back.
