MUT 25 Random offensive players on defense.

I have been playing online games recently, and noticed random offensive players on defensive snaps, or just players out of place on plays. I don’t know how to fix it, all of my players only play 1 position(no chem option for another position) and they’ve been in the same spot(like wr1 TE1 and so on). I have not changed play books either. Does anyone know what to do.
