I tried to access my franchise mode I’m 3 years into this morning and I get back a warning that says I cannot access a cross play franchise because cross play isn’t enabled. I went into my settings and it clearly said Cross play is on, I tried turning it on and off, resetting in between, and nothing is working. Now when I create a new franchise it automatically makes crossplay disabled.

I cant load my cloud franchise after this mornings update to madden 25 on PS5.
when I go to franchise and select my cloud save file an error pops up saying I cant play a cross-play franchise while my cross-play settings are off. I've checked and double checked my settings, and tried turning cross-play off and back on again, but still get the same error.

please reply if you have the same issue or if you have a fix or workaround.

So after not being able to play superstar mode because every single game it would crash after a couple downs, we get another update and EA have deleted all my franchises
Tried to start a new one and that’s deleted too
Why do I pay $150 for a game that I can’t even play
Why does it have to be online? Why can’t I do and offline franchise or an offline superstar mode so I don’t have to deal with EA server problems
It’s beyond a joke people pay big money for these half made games that you can’t even play correctly
Can’t wait to have to wait for another month before i can play any franchise mode again

@EA_Kent So I go to start a franchise and it says you’re already commissioner of 20 leagues. Please delete one of your existing leagues before creating a new league. I don’t even have one league right now. I deleted all my leagues. What should I do cause I can’t even start a new one.

The Franchise issue that was first reported back in September was fixed at the time. For those of you who posted more recently, are you still running into the same problem with your League? If so, would you mind sharing a few more details?
