No "Download Center" in Madden 25 on PS4

I created a Team in Team builder on the EA website and submitted it.  I have tried to follow of the YouTube and EA directions to go to Creation Center --> Download Center to download my team but there is no "Download Center" under the "Creation Center" in my Madden 25 game.  I am playing Madden 25 on a PS4 so I am not sure if that is the issue and if there is another way?  There is no way to search for a "Team" in any of the options in the Creation Center.  Please help.
