Online franchise resetting to fantasy draft.

My online franchise mode has now reset to the middle of our fantasy draft three times the third time we made it all the way through the preseason and played our first regular season game. I left the game two or three times last night and join back in to the proper save point only to log back on today and be yet again in the middle of our fantasy draft. My friend who is playing with me has now spent over half of his free trial and I have spent 4 to 5 hours wasting my time attempting to play a game I paid for in full when the MVP bundle released. I am very displeased with this game having the exact same bugs It has had every single year. Between the lack of ways to contact customer support, and the fact that there has been no fixes for these issues, it has become extremely obvious that EA does not care for their customers. I am extremely disappointed with this game and the fact that EA doesn’t seem to care about their franchise mode players.
