@EA_Kent It is borderline larceny to not address the fact that Madden 25 in its entirety is, not only unplayable, but you have not provided people the content they expected to receive, all to pay you and your useless co-workers and bosses’ salaries. It’s a damn travesty that the football community has to deal with such a pathetic group of human beings to create a game that we all used to love so much. This is literally a crime. WE CANT PLAY THE * GAME.

It's been 15 days. Listen, I'm definitely no expert at making video games, so I understand that it's hard work.. but this has been such a shitshow of a game.
Franchise mode crashes at the end of a game when you go to quit the game you JUST played. Superstar mode is literally unplayable. Can't import draft classes in franchise still. Cant load up rosters I've downloaded. Basically the 2 game modes I play have been borderline dog doo-doo.
I didnt have high expectations, but my lord.. if I knew it was gonna be THIS BAD. I would have just skipped my purchase. Having spent over $100 after taxes on a game I cannot play for probably a whole month.. instead of something useful.. 100% Regret.. I love me some football games but this experice is really souring my desire for Madden 26.
@EA_Kent weeks of us sitting on our hands waiting for a response to an unplayable game we paid $70-150 for just to get the exact same response. Won’t ever get compensation, or even an apology, just letting us know they are investigating it with no time frame. You know the game has been out over a month, right? I don’t believe a real human being even works at EA at this point
Constant crashes. Just over and over. I want to play the game I paid for.

@EA_Kent How comes you guys can drop new cards almost every day in ultimate team but can't find out a problem to this issue every day I open Instagram and see MUTnews showing new cards dropping. How comes you guys can program these new cards and implement them into the game but cant figure out this issue that has been going on for 2 weeks now? How many devs are focused on this opposed to the devs focused on ultimate team this is game breaking bugs but ultimate team gets new cards almost every single day. this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!
this is crazy, 2 damn weeks and nothing, for a 70+ dollar game that people spend there hard working money on, can’t even play the damn game. some people don’t play these other modes EA! you have all of superstar mode players just waiting for 2 weeks, fix your monopoly stuipd game that your gonna sell next year and make it worse somehow. at this rate i would be surprise if you can even make it past the loading screen without it crashing next year. FIX ITTTT EA.
Paid a lot of money for a game that doesn’t work!
Very frustrating. was hesitant on buying the game to begin with due to the price. Went thru first season of superstar, not a problem, won the super bowl, 12 - 5 win/loss record (won first game, lost next 5, then won the rest) Started new season, made it thru to end of second quarter and crashed. thought maybe I did something wrong so came back to game later, got to third quarter, crash. With the amount of money they are charging for the game, you would think it would be a fully functional game. I bought two copies, one for myself, and one for my son. His saving grace is he doesnt use superstar mode yet. I do because I only want to control one player and thats it. Get it together EA, fix it. I paid 150 dollars for a game that doesnt work fully. Had I known it, I never would have bought it til I saw the issue was fixed.
How long does it take to investigate this? It's been over two weeks and nobody can play an entire game mode of Madden. This seems like it would be more of a priority than it is. Instead y'all are more worried about dropping packs for Ultimate Team.
@EA_Kent Are you gonna start issuing refunds for this BS? I know you gotta give your cute little cards to MUT players. When are you gonna start giving a crap about the people trying to just enjoy the game?!
Let us use our college player faces in franchise mode because that whole import system is bad, and this problem is really bad. why limit us every year with this, let us use them faces in franchise mode. let the people that play against cpu have fun. Y’all even remove the empty image. Once you change a position or name the Created face pops up. Why? Add the import System to franchise mode
I’m 100% sure if you contact PlayStation support you can get your refund. Tell them look at your error history. This game is 100% faulty
This is getting out of hand. I only had this game 1 week prior to all this happening. I only bought it to have something to play till NHL 25 was released and can’t even play it. I’ll have my new game before this one is fixed. I need to know when this game will be playable. He’ll I would settle for a trade for NCAA football I heard it doesn’t crash every game.
