Re: Madden 25 Superstar league deleted

After the madden update my superstar avatars are all messed up and i dont know how to fix it or if its even fixable. Is there something EA can do about this? I monetize my gaming and this just screwed up over 100 hours of progress

how exactly did they get messed up? 

My CB superstar league was completely erased. And my HB superstar league is now for a different team and it starts my HB at CB instead. Cant play offense but attributes, stats and quests have stayed the same. Would it be easier to share a video?

What is your gamertag?

Are you able to transfer any avatars from College Football to Madden? 

Im on PS5. Gamertag is HundredMilli and yes i was able to transfer the players from college to madden

Yeah, completely! Hopefully we'll be able to figure out what's going on and save the progress. Currently, I can't promise anything, as it has to be checked and the exact cause has to be found, but hopefully, this is an issue that can be fixed for you.

dawg you can not be defending ea i know you work for them but we going on day 11 of not being able to play in your second season on superstar mode

unfortunately, we can't give compensations here in the forum.

I know this isn't very reassuring right now, but the issue is still being looked into. If I get any new information, I will let you know.
