Re: My Cloud Franchise is missing.

Hey everyone, 


We're currently looking into the issues with some online Franchise saves not being visible. We'll follow up and let you know as soon as we've got more info to share on this.

    @EA_Kent So I go to start a franchise and it says you’re already commissioner of 20 leagues. Please delete one of your existing leagues before creating a new league. I don’t even have one league right now. I deleted all my leagues. What should I do cause I can’t even start a new one.

    Hey all, 

    Apologies for the delayed reply on this. 

    The Franchise issue that was first reported back in September was fixed at the time. For those of you who posted more recently, are you still running into the same problem with your League? If so, would you mind sharing a few more details? 

    • Which platform are you playing on? 
    • What is your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA Account ID?
