Salary cap fix in franchise mode

Seriously, what has happened to these games. So many glitches across all games I have.
why would you continue to allow coy teams in franchise mode to be over the cap. If I have to manage mine, so should the cpu.
this is basic stuff.
I can’t even make trades. Way too many teams over cap. I can only trade picks.

Unfortunately it's been like this for the past couple years. I wanna say last year (might of been year before) they put a clear cap penalty in season recap. They need to bring that back. Since they clearly can't fix it. Or shut off salary cap. Which sucks but hey what can you do when they don't give a sh*t
