Salary Cap Stops Going Up

In franchise mode the salary cap stops increasing after several years. It gets stuck at $315m. Players continue to ask for more and more money when re-signing and it becomes impossible to keep up.

The salary cap should go up a few % every year. This should be an easy fix. Please help patch this!

Was a problem last year too. Looks like it was overlooked again. Immersion breaking.
