Says error when I want to download the team on Madden I created in team builder

When I try to download the team I created on team builder it says error on Madden 25. It will let me download other peoples created team but not my own to use for Franchise. Any help??

    I hope not but u are probably right. I've wasted so much time on this. 31 teams, 5 unique uniforms each, custom fields...4 have downloaded.

    I am having the same thing happen to me right now, But it’s on my first team! Does that mean I’ll never be able to download any of my teams? I’ve honestly tried everything and now I’m just hopeless. If you guys have any tips pls tell me,I try to look a lot.

    Ya this **bleep** needs fixed ea I got people that wanna have created teams and can’t use them cuz yall some bum **bleep** fix the **bleep**ing problem
