Squads Showdown Crash

Every time I get into the arena with my mates on Squads Ranked Showdown it crashes and I leave my mates to play 2v3. I've updated the game, the EA App, my Windows and my graphic drivers. Why is this happening and is there anything else I can do to fix it?
