Stop stealing from your customers

Question

We have to pay in order to use team builder but many users can't download their created teams into madden. This is theft. In every state. This has been an issue since launch. It randomly works for a day or 2 then doesn't for weeks on end. So it's like Lucy with the football to Charlie brown. Gives you hope only to snatch it away. Except this is worse because we are paying money for it. Money for something that doesn't work. In what industry is this acceptable?

WHAT THEY SAID...&nbsp;I mean WTF EA... me and my son have 32 teams combined created... my Brothers are also waiting and are asking me if it's done... took me months just to create all of the teams (even the one on my sons profile because I couldn't make a 32nd team for some reason) and I gotta keep telling them nope because half the teams can't be downloaded but they are there... come on, and you wonder why we NFL 2K or NFL Gameday back (preferably 2K).... THIS IS NOT HOW YOU KEEP CUSTOMERS

People paying for packs and not receiving them has been a consistent issue for a number of years too, which is also by definition theft. I've brought up the topic of theft on more than one occasion myself on the forum, but I'm likely frowned upon for it. I really think it's a serious issue that they better do more to resolve though lest they wind up caught up in a class action lawsuit.

they have F'kd me on Superstar showdown cant even play that mode that i bought the game for.&nbsp;
