And apparently there's zero way to contact a one outside of chat. This is super disappointing guys. I've been playing this game since 1993. I would really really appreciate a response. Even if someone from EA just tells me to screw myself.

Nah, they don’t even respect us enough to do that. It’s insane that a company of this stature has no working customer service department. I feel incredibly insulted by my experience on this forum, but I’m at least relieved I’ll be saving $140 this summer when I pass on the new Madden/CFB installments.
