Superstar Abilities not working online

Superstar Abilities not working or popping up in Online Modes in Madden 25 no matter how many games I play I’ve never had my abilities sometimes my teammates do but I never do this has been an issue...

now i have no abilities even on the league. playing jets and breece hall doesnt have them either lol
