Superstar mode custom roster

Why can't I use custom updated rosters in superstar mode? It is only normal thing to do for EA, we spend money on that game. It's really the only thing why I am playing this game. Also, there is no option "play as player" in franchise mode, only manager or owner. Is it even possible we will get that stuff in upcoming patches? I would like to make some real life trades and change some players apparel like they are wearing in game and then play career superstar mode or franchise mode as a player from beginning.

  • I agree, Judon has been a falcon for weeks but he’ll be a patriot in superstar mode all year because EA can manage something so simple, superstar should start with the current active roster you loaded.

its sadly probably staying like that because they had the bright idea of connecting it to online which A. Leaves everyone up to getting their last name flagged for inappropriate text

    B. Your in game performance affects your XP which upgrades the player, so if it had custom rosters you could turn everyone to 0, and go for 1,000 yards each game and max your build out and destroy ppl online. So their genius idea is to keep the roster outdated

  • yup, I'm pretty sure they won't fix this problem this year.

trades, and contracts aren't being applied even though I started a new career mode.

Tua and JOrdan Love keep moving teams after the 1st year of superstart.

Tua put Jalen Hurts to the bench .  jeez.

I can live with not being updated as long as the Ai teams re-sign their players like love and Tua. Though I don’t see why @ea can’t just apply the next roster update to superstar mode
