Superstar Mode Gameplay Sliders and Penalties

I'm a casual Madden Career player, I will usually find different slider options on Reddit or Twitter to help make career mode manageable/playable for me.

I noticed that there isn't a sliders option in Superstar mode and the penalties are greyed out. Is that going to change?
